Services

We provide the services described on our home page. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for your engagement are set out in your onboarding materials.

Billing

All plans are billed monthly in advance via the payment method you provide. Plans are month-to-month — no annual contracts. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice; service continues through the end of the current paid billing cycle.

No guarantees of ranking

SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity. We commit to executing the services described in your plan with diligence and skill. We do not guarantee specific keyword positions or traffic numbers.

Ownership of work

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for your business (blog posts, on-page edits, citations). Tools, templates, and processes we use to deliver the work remain ours.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days' written notice. We will hand over all client-owned deliverables and access we hold on your behalf within that window.
